Our Process
Apply
Apply anytime! We'll review your application promptly and follow up with a brief introductory meeting to get to know you better and answer your questions.
Pitch your business
Present your vision and plans to business leaders and experts on our Selection Committee to join our Program. Once in, our team will work to pair you with Mentors who have the expertise and experience you need to succeed.
Strategy Deep Dive
Uncover strategic opportunities to reach more customers, build partnerships, and develop a foundation to attract funding. You will come out of this workshop with:
a tailored set of goals to achieve by the end of the program
a set of KPIs to track progress
an action plan for you and your Mentors to work on
1:1 Expert Coaching
Our Mentors are highly skilled experts in the key areas that drive the growth of your business. They'll provide continuous hands-on guidance and support in customized 1:1 sessions throughout the program, helping you achieve your business goals.
Lead Coach Check-ins
Your Lead Coach at GB Accelerator will meet with you every two weeks (or as often as you want) to provide strategic advice, unblock you with any challenges you might face, and help you to accelerate your progress.
Program Advisory Board
Your Mentors and Lead Coach come together to form your Program Advisory Board, which meets with you every four weeks to review progress, adjust your action plan if necessary, and align on next steps. Progress Reports and meetings along the way prepare you for formal board meetings once you've secured funding.
Alumni Program
After graduation, you will become part of our GBA Alumni Program. You still have access to your Lead Coach at GBA, can tap into our extensive business network, and give back by supporting the next generation of founders in the GB Accelerator.

Eligibility
Incorporated business that can scale beyond the South Georgian Bay region.
Ideally, at least ~$100,000 revenue.
Business and/or founder(s) should be located in Collingwood, or in proximity.
Businesses in all sectors. We are open to any business with a potential to grow in impact beyond our region.
