She holds a Double Bachelor of Science. in Biological Sciences from the University of Toronto, St. George, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

    David Hanna is a construction equipment industry expert with over 40 years of experience. He co-founded Ontrac Equipment Services after starting at JCB in 1978, acquiring several John Deere dealerships and building the business into a 24-branch operation generating $300 million in revenue. After selling to John Deere, David founded GHI Group, a consulting firm with a diverse portfolio of equipment-related businesses and real estate entities, generating over $1 billion in annual revenues today. As President of the John Deere Construction & Forestry Dealers Association and the Canadian Association of Equipment Distributors, David has a vast international experience in building successful businesses and leading through mergers and acquisitions, making him invaluable for startups navigating the complexities of the construction equipment industry and beyond.
