Specializing in producing the highest quality hive-related consumer packaged goods, and delivering value added agricultural services to Southern Ontario, James is thrilled to invite the community to share in this exciting journey through the evolving landscape of business, growth, and innovation.

Collingwood Honey Farms leverages multigenerational family beekeeping knowledge, organic best-practices, and ethical approaches allow them to confidently say that they produce among the finest natural hive products available.

Beyond Collingwood Honey Farms first-class unpasteurized honey products, they also offer pollination services to local fruit and vegetable growers; high-quality breeder stock to Ontario’s beekeepers to ensure the spread of excellent genetics in local colonies; 100% beeswax products to guarantee nothing from the hives goes to waste; and beekeeping equipment and education.

Over the next two months, James will be working with the GB Accelerator team and his Mentor, Peter Jensen, to grow Collingwood Honey Farms!
