We are thrilled to be onboarding Jessica Flynn, Founder of The You Power Project into the GB Accelerator’s Launch Program.
The YOU Power Project’s mission is to inspire, empower, and equip today's students to succeed in an ever-evolving world.
The YOU Power Project takes a holistic approach to future readiness, building confidence, resiliency, and transferrable skills so youth can find success anywhere.

As a social enterprise, they are committed to equipping students with the necessary skills and confidence to thrive in an ever-changing world. Moreover, by addressing Sustainable Development Goals 4 & 8, which promote quality education and decent work, and economic growth, Jessica and her team prepare students to become active contributors to society, shaping them into future leaders who are mindful of sustainable development and social responsibility.
Jessica is a recent recipient of the Education 2.0 Global Conference’s Outstanding Leadership Award and at the conference led a panel discussion on the role of the SDGs in shaping the future of education.
Over the next two months, Jessica will be working with the GB Accelerator team and her Mentor, Erin Maechler, to get the YOU Power Project into the hands of customers.

Our Launch Program is customized to your specific needs, and we work closely with you to develop strategies that set your business up for success.
Through our program, we will pair you with a dedicated expert mentor who brings experience that is relevant to your specific challenges. You will work 1:1 with your mentor for 2 months, and get access to additional mentors for individual consultations as needed.
